Accounts and service access

The terms cover eligibility, account registration and personal access to online English practice, educational content, AI-estimated feedback and support purchased with practice credits.

Payments, credits and refunds

Purchased credits are personal and non-transferable. Refunds are limited to technical failures or non-delivery of purchased credits; used credits, changes of preference and expected AI-generated outcomes are not refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

AI feedback and acceptable use

AI-generated scoring and feedback are preparation guidance and may be imperfect. They are not official test results. Users must follow the conduct, intellectual-property and security rules set out in the complete terms.
